A Night of The Blues at
Cheltenham Town Hall

The Blues Band

On 14th July 1998 I had a night of Blues at the Town Hall, Cheltenham. This was because I went to see THE BLUES BAND which features in its line-up three of THE MANFREDS (PAUL JONES, TOM McGUINNESS and ROB TOWNSEND).

Tracks within the BLUES BAND catalogue (but not necessarily performed on the night) include, "Sweet Home Chicago", "Let The Good Times Roll", "That Same Thing", "That's It I Quit", "Grits Ain't Groceries", "The Bad Boy", "Hallelujah I Love Her So", "No More Doggin", "Mean Old World", "Don't Know Which Way To Go", "Greenstuff" and "Twenty Nine Ways" which is a good audience participation track.

The full line-up of THE BLUES BAND is:-

After the concert I went backstage (once again) to meet the band and had a long chat with Paul.
